Customer Service and Inspiring Leaders Programme – request for expression of interest Customer Service and Inspiring Leaders Programme – request for expression of interest
This short programme is designed for people working or volunteering in any aspect of the Visitor Economy or related sectors who want to enhance their customer service and leadership skills. 

It’s delivered at our town centre Southport College campus on a Wednesday morning, 9.30-12.30pm for 4 weeks and is completely free of charge. You will cover key themes such as customer service excellence, communication and influencing, conflict resolution, leadership skills and team motivation.

 It’s an interesting and inspiring course, packed with practical strategies and useful tips and we would be delighted if you or your colleagues were able to join us.

Drop in to our fun, stimulating and interactive play, learning and development session. This is based on the Parents as First Teachers Model; supporting families to build attachments, strengthening parent – child interaction within the early home learning environment and supporting school readiness.
